Saira Alladin,
CEO, Installatörsföretagen (The Swedish Installers’ Association)
“The electricity and energy sector is crucial to the climate transition, but if we are to succeed we cannot continue with business as usual. Innovation and co-operation between different actors are tools we must use to make it possible. That’s why the Swedish Energy Prize is so important.”
Lotta Bångens
CEO, Energy Efficiency Companies
“Development needs to be accelerated if we are to meet our climate and energy efficiency targets. I believe that a prize can both advance the ‘cutting edge’ by showcasing new technology or new systems and contribute to a greater spread of good solutions. Something we really need more of.”
Magnus Kuschel
PhD, Innovation Manager, Innovatum Science Park
“The premiere of the Swedish Energy Prize provides value-creating opportunities! Elfack is a role model when it comes to bringing the industry and key players together – the aim is to promote, among other things, innovation, sustainability and potential that increases the pace of the necessary transition. Energikontor Väst, part of Innovatum Science Park, supports initiatives that lead to good effects.”
Björn Sandén
Professor of Innovation and Sustainability, Chalmers University of Technology
“To cope with the energy transition, there is a great need for new ideas. At the same time, the emerging modular energy and information technologies open the door to creativity and radically different solutions. My hope is that this prize can stimulate and recognise new thinking that combines the opportunities of today with the needs of tomorrow.”
Martin Flack
Deputy Head of Resource Efficient Society, Swedish Energy Agency
“New technology that can solve various energy-related challenges is absolutely central to achieving the climate transition. At the Swedish Energy Agency, we work with many parts of this transition, and I think it is exciting to be a jury member of the Swedish Energy Prize and get a deeper insight into how companies in different industries work concretely to ensure that it happens.”
Sara Bargi
PhD, Project Manager, Division Civil Engineering, RISE

I look forward to being part of the jury for the Swedish Energy Prize and helping to ensure that sustainable energy solutions get the attention they deserve and need to succeed.”
